The efm-information system provides a secure facility to enable efficient data collection and analysis producing results in real time. The system is for use by the estates and facilities departments in organisations providing NHS funded care within England and Wales and as such you are required to work for one of these organisations to be able to gain access.

Support for all EFM collection queries is now available through dedicated online forms in the NHS Customer Portal.
